Ordering and delivery

When will my order arrive?

We'll send you an email with your tracking number once your order is on its way.

  • For orders within the UK, we use Royal Mail 2nd class, aiming for delivery within 2-3 working days after dispatch.
  • If you're in Europe, expect your order in 3-5 working days.
  • The rest of the world typically takes 6-7 working days.

It's important to keep in mind that during busier periods, like holidays, delivery might take a bit longer. So, to ensure your product arrives on time, make sure to place your order in advance.

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, don't hesitate to reach out. We'll be more than happy to check on its status for you.

How do I cancel my order?

If you decide to cancel your order, please send us an email within the initial 24 hours after making the purchase at hello@litniture.co.uk. We'll take care of the cancellation promptly. Once confirmed, we'll initiate the refund process, and you can expect the refunded amount to be back in your bank account within 3-5 working days.

Can I alter my order?

If you've already placed an order but find you need to make changes, there's a chance we can assist – although we can't promise it. Feel free to send us an email at hello@litniture.co.uk as soon as possible outlining the modifications you'd like. Depending on how far along we are in processing your order, we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

For adding more items or ordering a larger quantity, we recommend placing a new order through our online store. This ensures a smooth and accurate transaction.

Can I track my order?

Certainly! We have you covered when it comes to tracking your order. Once you've placed your order and we've started to process it, you can expect an email from us. Another email will follow once your package is on its way, including a tracking number so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

You can absolutely return your item to us, within 14 days after receiving it, as long as it’s undamaged, unused and contained in its original packaging with all original labels attached. Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges.

How do I return an item?

Should you choose to return an item, just drop us a line at hello@litniture.co.uk. As long as it's within the 14-day cancellation window and meets our return guidelines, we'll give you the details for sending it back and the next steps. You'll be responsible for arranging the return courier and mailing the item back to us. You can get all the nitty-gritty from our returns & refund policy right here

In case the item arrives damaged, we'll sort you out with a return note via email. Once the item's journey back to us is confirmed, we'll process a full refund. 

My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

In the rare event that your order arrives faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email our team at hello@litniture.co.uk with the details.

If the item arrived damaged, please also take pictures of the box and packaging it arrived in. We aim to respond all emails within 24 hours, however, during busier times it can take up to 48 hours.
